About Me

I am an Irish musician and teacher based in Berlin since 2017. I began learning music in my early teens, starting with the flute before moving to the piano, guitar and drums. All the while my first love was singing, which has remained the most important instrument to me. In my late teens and early twenties I performed regularly in my home town in different ensembles.

From an early age I knew I wanted to study music and set my sights on London. After graduating from the London Centre of Contemporary Music I moved to Bristol where I started teaching music privately. In 2017 I moved to Berlin and continued teaching. After a few years getting settled in the city, I attended the Universität der Künste where I completed a masters in Music Therapy.

About the Space

Lessons take place in my home studio in Friedrichschain. I teach on a Roland FP-4 electric piano. It feels and sounds like a real piano featuring 88 weighted keys.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor without an elevator.

Visits to the students home is also possible by arrangement.

I live with a furry friend, Kitty, who likes to greet guests.

So please be advised that it may not be suitable for those with allergies.
